OOver 20 minutes late we do not guarantee the availability of the table to satisfy the greatest number of customers
on Friday evening and Saturday evening the reservation is managed in two shifts at 20.00 and 22.00 hours.

As far as possible we will try to give the maximum availability compatible with the arrival of customers of the next round.
